The rooms are clean and the thermal pools are a great place to sooth tired or cold muscles after all the exciting activities in Rotorua. The friendly owners are very knowledgeable about the area and fun things to do.
My only issue is with the bed. I prefer a soft bed which this room didn't have. But I think this is a personal preference. Otherwise I love this place.

After having a good stay 3 years ago. We decided to revisit with family over the long weekend. With family visiting from the UK, three generations took up residence in the amazing family suite. Between the 6 of us (6mths-71yrs) it was a bargain for what we recieved. Wonderfully equipped and super clean. The hot mineral pool was the highlight and we lost count of the times used. Everything else was excellent, location, hosts, local art, late check out and atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much we've booked up for next year.
Lovely setting with clean, well equipped rooms and the motel's own thermal pools, in a quiet spot not far from the city centre and close to a shopping centre. The owners were very helpful. Highly recommended.
