“Peaceful & relaxing”
The personal service by the hosts/owners was much appreciated. They were very helpful showing us the facilities available in both our room and the beautiful surroundings that are very peaceful & relaxing . The outdoor setting and the big armchairs in the room made a nice change from other places. Ron was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about attractions in Rotorua. Soaking in the pools was a great end to a day of sightseeing. The location was quiet but still within walking distance of the city, lake and heaps of restaurants.

“It's a real gem”
We enjoyed hospitality plus plus during our visit. Iain and Mandy, who were minding the place when we checked in, were the perfect hosts.
